We provide the tools required to manage your affiliate, your affiliate program and configure it per your requirements.
An ‘Affiliate Group with Criteria’ allows the user to create ‘Dynamic Affiliate Groups’ based on a set of predefined criteria/filters. The Affiliates that meet the preset criteria and form part of a ‘Dynamic Affiliate Group’ are refreshed automatically on a daily basis, removing the need for manually inserting the affiliate into the appropriate group. This functionality displays the assigned Affiliate Manager or Field Manager contact details on the Affiliate Interface, allowing you to have a more personal approach to affiliate management. This add-on is particularly useful when paired with Field Managers or when there is a high volume of Admin Users managing different segments |
This add-on allows administrators to set up a special type of admin user known as Field Manager. This type of user can be set so that they can only view Affiliates that are assigned to them. The Bookkeeping and Invoices Add-On
auto-generates invoices or statements based on configurable templates, allowing you to provide Affiliates with a breakdown of payments. This is particularly useful if you require Affiliates to issue you with an invoice prior to payment, as it allows the Affiliate to download a PDF or .CSV invoice.
